Hydatid cyst is commonly involve the liver and lung, but involvement of the kidney is very rare.We present a case of a young female presented to our institute with Travel Mug right abdominal mass, diagnosed as query liver hydated cyst with right renal simple cyst.Unfortunately, during deroofing of the simple renal cyst, there was a spillage inside the abdomen, hydated cyst was suspected and underwent removal of liver and kidney cysts.We are reporting this case due to its rarity and to highlight the importance of detailed history and further investigations in Mascaras such cases presenting with simple renal cyst.
